Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.

How to return your order?

Step 1: Let us know about your decision to return.

Step 2: Pack the product carefully (preferably in the original packaging) and include the completed withdrawal form.

Step 3: Ship the package to the return address for your country (see below).

Step 4: Send us an e-mail with the tracking number.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 30-day period expires.

Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay after receiving the returned goods or proof of their shipment (whichever comes first). The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

Important information

Goods must be shipped no later than 30 days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 30-day period expires.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Goods must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Sale items and products with custom modifications (made at the customer's request) cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of the products, dimensions listed on the website are approximate. Discrepancies below 5% do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
