You shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without specifying the reason. The time limit for withdrawal from the contract shall expire after 14 days from the date on which the item was handed over to You or to a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by You.

and communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract in the form of an explicit statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You may also fill out and send the withdrawal from the contract form.

We will confirm the receipt of the statement immediately following its receipt.

For the time limit for withdrawal from the contract to be deemed observed, all You need to do is to communicate the information regarding exercising your right to withdraw from the contract prior to the expiry of the time limit for withdrawing from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event You decide to withdraw from the contract, we shall return the costs of the product and its delivery immediately following the receipt of the returned goods or following the delivery of a return receipt, whichever occurs first.

The refund shall be carried out using the same payment method as that chosen by You for the purpose of the original transaction, unless You specifically approve another option. In any case, You shall not be charged with any refund-related fees.

You are required to pack the goods properly and have them delivered at your expense.
